General Return Policy

The 30-Day Return Period

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required

✗ Digital Downloads - PDFs, templates, and digital scrolls
✗ Used Candles or Incense - Once lit, the magic is released
✗ Personalized Items - Custom-engraved or specially commissioned pieces
✗ Sale/Clearance Items - Final sale treasures marked as such

Refund Processing

The Timeline of Recompense

  1. Initiate Return - Contact us within 30 days
  2. Receive Authorization - We'll send a return authorization scroll (email)
  3. Ship Item Back - You have 14 days to send the item
  4. Inspection - Allow 3-5 business days for our examination
  5. Refund Issued - 5-10 business days to appear in your account

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Custom Curse Consultation Policy

The Immutable Nature of Curses

Once a curse consultation has been delivered, the ancient magic has been set in motion and cannot be recalled. However:

  • If genuinely dissatisfied with your curse's construction, contact us within 7 days
  • We may offer a one-time revision or store credit at our discretion
  • Free consultations are non-refundable (as no payment was made)

How to Initiate a Return

Include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if damaged)
  • Preferred resolution (refund/exchange/store credit)

International Returns

  • Customer responsible for return shipping and customs fees
  • We recommend tracked/insured shipping
  • Allow additional 2-3 weeks for processing
