Before your treasures can begin their journey, Von Grundle must carefully prepare each order:

Standard Processing Times

• Ready-Made Artifacts: 1-3 business days
• 3D Printed Items: 3-5 business days (each piece summoned from raw material)
• Candles & Incense: 2-4 business days
• Custom Scrolls & Curses: 5-7 business days
• Bespoke Commissions: 7-14 business days (discussed individually)

Orders placed after 2 PM EST are processed the following business day

USPS Ground Advantage (Most Economical)

• Delivery: 3-7 business days
• Tracking included

USPS Priority Mail

• Delivery: 1-3 business days
• Tracking & $100 insurance included

UPS Ground

• Delivery: 2-5 business days
• Full tracking included

Local Pickup - Visit the Tower

• Available for customers in the Milwaukee area
• By appointment only (contact for scheduling)
  

Tracking Your Treasure

Once your package leaves the tower:

1. You'll receive a tracking scroll (email) immediately
2. Track directly through carrier website
3. We monitor all shipments until delivery
4. Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 5+ days

Shipping Restrictions

The Wizard Cannot Ship:

• To P.O. Boxes (for UPS shipments only)
• To freight forwarders without prior approval
• Rush orders during peak season (October-December) without surcharge

High-Value Orders

Orders over $200:

• Require signature confirmation (automatically added)
• Additional insurance strongly recommended
• May require identity verification

Weather & Acts of Dragons

Delays beyond Von Grundle's control:

• Natural disasters
• Carrier delays

Damaged in Transit
